NUMEROLOGICALLY, a 6 year (2+0+2+2). Connected to the planet Venus, this is the last year of this vicious and manipulative fight between the forces of darkness and the forces of light. All will not be perfect yet in 2023, but at least, the worst will be behind us. The good side of Venus is love, peace, harmony, balance, and beauty. But she also has the dark aspect of conflict, greed, anger, jealousy, and possessiveness. We shall have to choose our camp. This end of cycle will be unusually intense as the dark forces push forward with the power of desperation. The division between people will become particularly marked this year. Yet, we should keep our focus on the outcome we desire and not the ups and downs of a year that will be rich in sudden, explosive events.

THE CHINESE YEAR of the Water TIGER (February 1, 2022 – January 21, 2023)

A year that is generally considered extreme. Drama dominates the scene. Massive, unforeseen changes in society bring unexpected developments. We shall most likely witness military coups, the rebellion of the people, natural disasters and scandals purposely created to cover up political corruptions. Structures are fragile, wars over the control of resources erupt. In this climate of chronic instability, we shall need to adapt quickly while observing carefully what is going on that we may decipher the underlying truth.

A huge movement for integrity will emerge. Selfishness, greed, and the manipulations that dominated the past will no longer be supported in the emerging new energy.

Relationships could be more distant, even volatile. Tempers flare up quickly. Many will be ultra-reactive when confronted to situations that do not suit their perception of what they deserve. Reason outweighs emotions making romance less passionate, yet deeper, wiser, and more transparent. Old emotional and psychological wounds heal.

We should beware of people who are interested in material gain under the guise of love. If they manage to see through the illusions and follow their heart, those who are still single will be rewarded with true love. An excellent year to welcome a feisty baby into the world.

Some family members could place demands that create enormous emotional pressure. Even if we are biologically related, this does not mean we are like-spirited. Conflicts of opinion could be met with cold detachment. The true colors of many will become clear in sometimes shocking ways, forcing us to set definitive boundaries to preserve our integrity.

Water will be at the center of attention. Its preservation but also because of natural disasters. Ecological movements will demand justice and get it.

Innovative solutions are being pushed forward. Strange ideas could gain traction. Original projects materialize.

In financial matters, prudence and discernment are required. Extreme transferences of money might occur. The richest could become the poorest, while those who used to have very little acquire instant wealth.

This year, progress comes to those who channel their ambitions wisely and work with efficiency, diligence, and discipline. The bolder our creativity is, the more we use our intuitive intelligence and are excited by our projects, the more success we are likely to achieve.

Discretion, thoughtfulness, integrity, kindness, compassion, self-control, and consistency are particularly rewarded. In this end-year, being our best self is more essential than ever.

Jupiter is in Pisces since December 28, 2021 till May 10, 2022 + between October 27 and December 20th. A form of second Coming could manifest, creating a huge revival of faith and a deep movement towards the oneness of humanity. Compassion, sensitivity to the needs of those less privileged than we are, as well as a renewed appreciation for beauty, peace, harmony, and balance mark this period. We are likely to become more generous with our money, knowing that what we give we receive. An inner understanding of other cultures and different religions helps us embrace and appreciate better the difficulties encountered by those who come from other horizons. Our psychic abilities are heightened enabling us to intuitively discern what is true from what isn’t.

Jupiter is in Aries between May 10 and October 27 + between December 20th and May 16, 2023. The beginning of a new 12 years’ cycle. We break free from the past with optimism and courage. Armed with an abundance of self-confidence, we feel that nothing we put our mind to cannot be accomplished. The drive to dream our life into being and back it up with concrete, positive actions is strong. Limitations, restrictions, rules, and obligations fly in the face of our determination to move forward with resolute faith in a better world.

Saturn remains in Aquarius this whole year (until March 8, 2023) between 11º54’ and 22º19’. Unfortunately, restrictions on our freedom of speech and movement continue. Those limitations could be particularly painful for elderly people who feel more keenly the sense of loneliness. Never have we been more connected through technology, yet more isolated in our humanity. Developing our creativity within these boundaries leads to wisdom.

Uranus remains in Taurus this whole year (until April 26, 2026) between 10º57’ and 15º10’. Changes in the financial system are afoot. By 2026, all paper money may have shifted to crypto currency. We need to free ourselves from debts and not live above our means. A time to simplify our lives, be financially independent, and earn a living doing what we love. Mother Earth will continue rebelling against our abuse. Earthquakes, volcano eruptions, tsunamis will occur in the most unlikely places, in the most inopportune of ways, leaving much destruction in their wake. Honoring the Earth, spending quality time in Nature is important to remain balanced and grounded.

Neptune remains in Pisces this whole year (until January 27, 2026) between 20º40’ and 22º51’. The health of our waters, oceans, lakes but also tap water continues being questioned. The invisible virus is still rampant. So are false information, the concealing of truth, stories passing as news, the wolves disguising as lambs while the innocent ones are being slaughtered. Confusion reigns, misleading even the most educated. The structure of reality becomes very vague while the veil between dimensions gently dissolves allowing those who have eyes, to see beyond the illusions.

Pluto remains in Capricorn this whole year (until January 21, 2024) between 25º55’ and 27º37’. More darkness and corruption that had been buried for a long time is being flushed out. Corruptions at very high level are being revealed. Everything related to child exploitation, sexual abuse, slavery, and domestic violence continues coming to the surface, as well as money laundering, murders disguised as suicides, and the misused power of large corporations. On the bright side, this is a time to stand in the integrity of our own truth, be a law unto ourselves, X-ray situations and people, and know that we know.

The two main aspects this year both involve Jupiter. Jupiter Sextile Uranus (see February 17) and Jupiter Sextile Pluto (see May 3rd).

The 4 eclipses in 2022 are all in the Taurus/Scorpio axis (see April 30th, May 15, October 25, November 8).  This aspect represents the need to balance the masculine and the feminine, honor our need for security and safety as well as our desire for passion and intensity. An equilibrium needs to be struck between on one hand peace, beauty and harmony, and on the other, deep integrity, loyalty, courage, the unraveling of secrets, and profound insights into the truth.

Tuesday 18:

Uranus turns direct at 7:27 AM (10º49’ Taurus). This degree is represented in the Sabian Symbols by “A woman sprinkling flowers”. With our newfound inner freedom and uniqueness, we have the chance to grow our own skills into something both beautiful and meaningful to the world.

Thursday 17:

Jupiter Sextile Uranus at 4:13 PM (10º59’ Pisces/Taurus):

These degrees are symbolized by “A woman sprinkling flowers” and “Men travelling a narrow path, seeking illumination”. Unpredictability is in the air. Rebellion against limitations leads to major changes both in society and our personal lives. The old ways are clearly no longer adequate. The time has come to adopt a new perspective stemming from a more intuitive and positive approach. New social, educational, cultural, religious ideas help us reform what is outmoded. Financial and job opportunities present themselves. We develop exciting, unusual friendships who in turn assist us in our journey towards enlightenment.

No special aspect.

Friday 29:

Pluto turns Retrograde at 11:38 AM (28º36’ Capricorn), till October 8:

This degree is symbolized by “A woman reading tea leaves”. During the next 5 months, much corruption comes to light. Things that were hidden are revealed. On a personal level, we are required to stand in our power, know our truth and set clear boundaries. We are also being tested in our courage, dedication, commitment, loyalty, ambitions, and passion.

Saturday 30:

Solar Eclipse at 1:28 PM (10º28’ Taurus):

This degree is symbolized by: “A woman sprinkling flowers”. Despite the world as we knew it falling apart, we are reminded to smell the proverbial roses. Spending time in Nature, gardening, nurturing our physical body, giving ourselves some tender loving care, and finding a peaceful rhythm of life help us ground ourselves in what truly matters.

Tuesday 3:

Jupiter Sextile Pluto at 3:33 PM (28º24’ Pisces/Capricorn):

These degrees are represented by the following images: “A woman reading tea leaves” and “Light breaking into many colors as it passes through a prism”. Major regeneration is upon us. Opportunities for new growth present themselves through education, travel, taking an interest in religion, studying the law, and reading philosophical authors whose wisdom helps us understand better the meaning of our lives. We are likely to spend a considerable amount of energy to regain our freedom of movement and unselfishly serve the changing needs of the collective.

Tuesday 10:

Jupiter enters Aries at 4:22 PM:

Kindly refer to the opening paragraph.

Sunday 15:

Lunar Eclipse at 9:14 PM (25º18’ Scorpio):

This degree is symbolized by: “Indians making camp is new territory”. December 21st, 2012 marked the end of the mapping of consciousness and the beginning of the unknown. Now, ten years later, the true separation between those who chose Ascension and those who didn’t, is becoming visible and the gap between the two impossible to bridge. For those of us who did choose eternity, this eclipse marks the passage to the creation of the new world we have been dreaming, with purified rules and a truer connection to the reality as originally designed by our Goddess.

Saturday 4:

Saturn turns retrograde at 2:47 PM (25º15’ Aquarius) until October 23:

The image associated with this degree is “A garage man testing a car’s battery with a hydrometer”. During the next 4 months, we may need to reassess our energy level: exercise wisely, sleep enough, eat well, drink lots of water, stay positive and happy. Without falling prey to fear, keeping some cash at home and enough food to sustain us for several weeks might prove useful. A time to reassess our ambitions, as well as our boundaries, and be clear on who our true friends are.

Tuesday 28:

Neptune turns retrograde at 12:55 AM (25º27’ Pisces) until December 3:

The Sabian Symbols describe this degree as following: “A New Moon reveals that it’s time for people to go ahead with their different projects”. The next 5 months could see a resurgence of news regarding virus variants, creating fear and confusion. Yet, we should remain calm, look through the illusions and keep our focus on what truly furthers our spiritual growth. Meditation, yoga, or a silent retreat can all be valuable activities that replenish our energy constructively.

Thursday 28:

Jupiter turns retrograde at 1:37 PM (8º43’ Aries):

This degree is symbolized by: “A crystal gazer”.  New beginnings require learning from past mistakes and considering the inevitable consequences of our decisions. Our visions need to be tested against the unfolding reality, that we make wise choices and not hasty ones regretted in leisure.

Wednesday 24:

Uranus turns retrograde at 6:54 AM (18º55’ Taurus), till January 22, 2023:

The image associated with this degree is “A new continent rising out of an ocean”. During the next 6 months, a complete change will sweep society. Out of the rubbles of the old comes the new. As people massively demonstrate, protesting freedoms being taken away, our dreams create a new reality.

No special aspect.

Tuesday 25:

Solar Eclipse at 3:49 AM (2º00’ Scorpio):

This degree is symbolized by: “A broken bottle and spilled perfume”. What was manmade is being destroyed and the remains, scattered. Now is the time for the Truth to be revealed. This eclipse is likely to bring great revelations, dissipate many of the lies we took for granted, and dissolve the confusion that was artificially created to keep humanity controlled at best, in slavery at worst.

Thursday 27:

Jupiter re-enters Pisces at 10:10 PM, till December 20:

Kindly refer to the opening paragraph.

Tuesday 8:

Lunar Eclipse at 3:02 AM (16º01’ Taurus):

This degree is symbolized by: “A symbolical battle between ‘swords’ and ‘torches’”. We are approaching the end of this war for people’s souls that began in 2017. As the worst is behind us, people are further defining their choices, trusting that peace and safety reign again.

Tuesday 20:

Jupiter re-enters Aries at 6:32 AM, till May 17, 2023:

Kindly refer to the opening paragraph.

Wishing you the most meaningful new year!

Much love and light.
