I’m a Kriya yogi living on my little permaculture farm in North Queensland.
The natural world is my sanctuary, and permaculture is one of the ways in which I honor that connection.
I love creating sustainable spaces that work in harmony with mother earth, and I believe there’s a real magic in growing food, regenerating land, and living in tune with the seasons.

Open hearted and open minded with intention, heartfelt consciousness and a deep reverence for the natural rhythms of the world. I ground myself with meditation (Kriya yoga), breathwork, taichi and qigong… a cultivation of balance with a purpose to connect to something greater than myself.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the play between the masculine and feminine and understand the sacred space that needs to be held for the masculine and feminine to reach their full potential, both individually and collectively.
