More Depth

Describe yourself (personality/attitude/passions/beliefs):

My life is devoted to the unfolding of awareness (the Non-Dual Heart) as known through the living immediacy of experience and the great traditions of enlightenment philosophy. Financially secure, I have been blessed with the freedom to walk this path deeply, slowly, and with full attention.

I live simply and intentionally. My days revolve around meditation, gentle walks, healthy food, presence with nature, and sincere relationality. Honesty, emotional authenticity, and thoughtful communication are integral to my practice. I value inner spaciousness over outer busyness.

I am seeking someone who can respect and honor this path.... someone who lives with conscientiousness, integrity, and a deep valuing of both spiritual inquiry and relational presence. A partnership, for me, is a sacred mirror and sanctuary for truth, tenderness, and awakening.

If these words resonate with you, I would be honored to connect.

Describe the type of person you'd like to meet:

I’m drawn to someone who moves through life with depth, presence, and an open heart: someone who has done the inner work to really know themselves, beyond just the surface. A person who can hold both strength and tenderness, who values both solitude and connection, and who shows up with honesty and emotional presence.

At the heart of it, I’m looking for resonance... not just shared interests or compatibility, but a deeper kind of connection. Someone who is curious about life, self-aware, and open to growing together. Someone who values real conversations, shared silence, and the space to just be.

Describe the ideal relationship:

My ideal relationship is a sanctuary of presence... a space where both souls can unfold without fear, without pressure, and without masks. It is rooted in mutual respect for each other’s paths, an honoring of the sacredness of individuality and togetherness alike.

It is a relationship where deep listening and emotional honesty are lived practices... where conscientiousness and integrity are not ideals but embodied ways of being.

I long for a connection where spiritual life is not something separate from daily life... but the very ground of how we meet... through tenderness, truthfulness, and attunement to the subtle movements of the heart.

It would be a relationship where simplicity is cherished... where time together feels like breathing in spaciousness, walking gently in nature, sharing healthy meals, and offering each other the freedom to be exactly as we are.

Conflict would not be feared... but welcomed as a doorway to deeper understanding, navigated with kindness, curiosity, and a shared commitment to growth.

Describe your work/business and what it means to you:

My work is devoted to the unfolding of non-dual awareness... the heart of all experience. It is not a fixed system but an ever-emerging relational process, grounded in direct, lived experience and the wisdom of spiritual traditions. The essence of my work lies in cultivating a deep understanding of consciousness through a phenomenological inquiry that is rooted in the body and heart, not just the mind.

I explore the nature of awareness, especially as it is expressed in enlightenment philosophy, and I work with symbols, metaphors, and relational dynamics to deepen the understanding of our true nature. This process involves moving beyond the fragmented, dualistic states of the mind into an awareness that embraces unity, interconnectedness, and wholeness.

The focus is on integration, not accumulation... transforming the self through embodied practices of mindfulness, discernment, and relational attunement. I work to refine this awareness, helping others to recognize the deep wisdom that already exists within them. This isn't about creating new systems or ideologies but about recognizing and revealing the true essence of being.

My practice is about walking with others, not as a teacher in the traditional sense, but as a fellow seeker who offers clarity, insight, and presence. Through this work, I aim to help individuals experience their own nature more fully, transcending the limitations of the mind, and living with greater compassion, truth, and freedom.

Share something unusual or extra special about yourself:

I live with a very finely tuned sensitivity... both physically and spiritually.
Gentleness is not just something I appreciate... it is essential to how I thrive.

I experience energy and connection at subtle levels... and I require a kind of attuned, respectful touch—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—that honors the delicate architecture of my being.

For me, true intimacy arises through presence, tenderness, and a deep listening... not through intensity or force, but through quiet attunement to what is sacred and alive in each moment

What does being *conscious* mean to you?

To me, being conscious means living from the ground of awareness itself... the unchanging, luminous essence that holds all experience without being entangled in it. It is not simply thinking, perceiving, or reacting... it is the silent knowing that precedes thought... the direct, spacious presence from which life unfolds.

Being conscious means entering into the immediacy of experience without the overlays of judgment, memory, or projection... recognizing the sacredness of each moment as it arises, without grasping, without resisting.

It means attuning to the Non-Dual Heart... where awareness and relationality are not separate... where knowing and loving breathe through one another.

To be conscious is to live in right relationship... with oneself, with others, and with the living field of being itself. It is to allow awareness to move through qualities like truthfulness, conscientiousness, humility, and presence.

It is not about escaping into transcendence... nor collapsing into form... but about holding the tender tension of opposites... rooted in silence while fully engaging with the breathing world.

Ultimately, to be conscious is to realize that what I am seeking has never been elsewhere... and to live from that knowing, with integrity, tenderness, and grace.

What types of healing modalities do you practice or would you like to learn?

My healing journey is deeply integrated with my spiritual path... focused on transformation at the most fundamental levels of being.

I work with epigenetic awareness, exploring how environment, consciousness, and subtle intention can reshape genetic expression and open new potentials for vitality and healing. I am actively engaging with my own genome... attuning to it not just biologically, but vibrationally and relationally, as a living expression of the deeper intelligence of life. This is a scientific a post based upon genetic analysis of my DNA. It is a fun project that makes use of my research skills.

Meditation is central to my path... both as a way to cultivate non-dual awareness and as a practice of somatic healing, allowing the body to return to its innate rhythms of coherence and regeneration.

I also work deeply with body-based awareness... listening to the subtle textures of sensation, emotion, and energy as doorways to integration. Healing, for me, is not about fixing or forcing... it is about allowing the innate intelligence of the body and the field to reveal and transform old patterns through presence, trust, and attunement.

All of these practices come together as a sacred architecture... a way of living that honors the unity of body, mind, soul, and the greater field of Being.

What is the top priority in your life right now?

The top priority in my life is living in deep attunement with the Non-Dual Heart... cultivating a life rooted in presence, simplicity, and sacred relationality.

I am devoted to the direct exploration of awareness itself... not as a philosophy or belief system, but as a lived, moment-by-moment realization of unity, compassion, and truth.

My focus is on embodying the qualities that arise from this awareness—gentleness, integrity, discernment, and love—and weaving them into the way I relate with myself, others, and the world.

Everything I do—whether it is walking, meditating, nourishing my body, or engaging with others—is in service to this unfolding field of being... tending the space where spirit and life meet with tenderness and care.
