I live in the high country of Summit County, Colorado.

I've been meat free for a year now and I'm calling myself veggan (still eat eggs) and willing to learn your egg free recipes to advance my plant based diet. I quit consumimg meat for the betterment of our planet. For ALL of it, not simply the animals... also for the rivers, the plants and trees, the air, and for the health of us humans included.
