I am a strong Empath and have studied/practiced a plethora of holistic/integrative healing modalities over the years….Iridology, Body Electronics (a point-holding therapy), Nutrition, Detox, EFT, TFT, MFT, Autonomic Response Technique, German New Medicine, Ho’oponopono, a myriad of Trauma Release methodologies (including trans-generational and epigenetic trauma), Hands-on Healing, Matrix Energetics, Sound and Laser Therapies, Family Constellations…and ultimately developed my own energetic healing modality.

I was privileged to witness enough healing miracles to fill three books. Amazing stuff. I was given the opportunity to work in a progressive clinical environment with gifted courageous individuals where my professional and personal growth expanded exponentially.

I have studied and incorporated into my lifestyle, vegetarian, fresh and raw, macrobiotic, mediterranean, omnivore and carnivore and fasting nutrition at various times over the years. I strive to only eat organic, gluten, dairy and sugar-free.
